Luke holding a HIV Testing Week sign and a test kit

This week is National HIV Testing Week. I tested myself using a self-test and would encourage as many people as possible to do the same. Self-tests are free, easy and provide a result in just 15 minutes.

HIV can affect anyone. An estimated 4,500 people living with HIV in England are unaware they are positive. Many people can live with HIV for long periods with no symptoms. It’s really important if you don’t know your HIV status to get tested.

You can order a free HIV postal test at www.freetesting.hiv and get more information at: startswithme.org.uk
